Warranty Policy

Your legal rights: 

When you buy goods from us, in law you have several rights as a consumer. These include the right to claim a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where the goods are faulty or misdescribed.

Two Day Exchange:  If you are unhappy with your item, a voucher will be provided given that the item is in the same state as when it was purchased, with all packaging, applicable documentation, and accessories intact.  

One Year Warranty: Against any faults occurring during regular use of your product.  This does not include physical damage, liquid damage, any software alterations including network unlocking on phones and/or tablets not provided by us, repairs performed by a third party or batteries.

If your item has a problem through no fault of your own, we will:

1.    Attempt to repair your item

2.    If we cannot repair your item, we will replace it with the same item or,

3.    We will issue a voucher which you can use in any of our stores.  Items exchanged for vouchers must be returned with all packaging, applicable documentation, and accessories given in the initial sale.

For any warranty claims, the customer must provide the original receipt of purchase.  If the purchase was made with a debit or credit card, a bankreceipt or bank statement with the purchase info can be used if the original receipt is not available.  We can refuse the right to service your item through a warranty if you cannot provide a valid proof of purchase.

Items booked into one of our stores for testing, warranty and/or repair will be held for a total of 28 days from the date booking.
