You can take your item(s) back to your nearest BaseO store (don't forget your invoice!) and have them processed as per our Returns policy.

If the item you have received is damage, then you need to let us know that you intend to return it as soon as possible by using our contact form

Please allow up to 14 days for an order to be delivered. If you still haven't received your items after that period, then please send message by using our contact form

Delivery should take no more than 3 to 5 working days. However, we ask that you allow up to 14 days for the items to arrive, as all items are sourced and dispatched from any of our stores across the UK. If you've waited longer than 14 days for your order to arrive, please contact us using the contact form.

As the nature of our business is the purchase and sale of second-hand items, all the items listed on our website are second-hand, unless stated.
